The product arrived well packaged as written, but it is worth noting that the product works best with mugs with aluminum material because the conductivity of aluminum is larger than the conventional mugs porcelain, But however guide use mugs with aluminum material so will make your coffee or tea stay in a good temperature, auditioned with mugs porcelain normal but because the edge that they have Down so they can lean not can directly contact with the bottom part hottest product therefore failing to warm the liquid that is there within recommend the product but with this caveat
